Unless Intel is really mismanaged then they will not go out of business anytime soon.
They have the marketing mindshare that they are the best and AMD is just a 2-bit hack that sells dodgy products.
They also have their hand in a heck of a lot of markets outside of CPUs, they make: CPUs (obviously).
